Today I make a departure from the usual pattern on Soulsciences to describe a meditation practice you may find helpful. This practice works both within your home whenever you might usually meditate, as a great way to start meditating, and is a practice you can immediately use wherever you are, at the office, in transit, with friends whenever you feel the need for increased protection and deeper serenity. Listen in as I describe the practice. We cannot control the outer world, but it is helpful if we learn to steer our responses to the outer world toward peacefulness and calm.
